Orders are only shipped and delivered on business days. We do not ship on the weekend. Also, when you select Next Day or Two-Day Shipping, we may use air or ground shipping as necessary to get your items to you within the promised time frame.

Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout prior to entering your credit card information. After you enter your ship to information the shipment rate will be calculated for you.

At this time we do not ship Puerto Rico, PO boxes, and APO/FPO military addresses. Please contact us for special rates to Hawaii and Alaska.

Please note: Sometimes all items on an order are not in stock or not available from the same warehouse. When this occurs your order will ship when all items are available from the same warehouse. If you choose, separate shipments can be made, although a separate shipping charge will apply for each additional shipment.

Returns Policy

• Sureneeds.com offers a 30 day return policy provided the item is returned in new condition, packed in its original box with all original packing materials, accessories, and manuals.
• Returns may be refused or charged a replacement fee for any missing materials.
• Items must be in original packaging, in as-new condition with warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
• We cannot accept returns of products missing the serial number or UPC; we will not issue refunds for such items.
• Please allow approximately 14 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at the warehouse.
• All returns must have a return authorization number.
• Returns are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee and shipping charges will not be refunded.
• Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
• Exception: We do not allow returns for consumables such as paper, ink, toner, and blank media. Please email for specific items.

For defective items, Please first contact the manufacturer, they can often correct the problem over the phone or send out a replacement.  Most of the item we carry can be exchanged for the same item.  We will cover the shipping of the product back to you.  You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Software, video and music must be in their original, shrink-wrapped condition. Open titles can be exchanged for the same title only if defective. All of our televisions come with their original manufacture's warranty and can not be returned do to their size. All opened camcorders are charged a 40% restocking fee. Returns are not accepted without an RMA number so please contact us first.
